Personal Bio:

I was born and raised here in Nashville, TN. Born in ’86. Graduated from John Overton High School in 2004. I started repairing computers (usually ones I broke) around the age of 10. I got into building custom PC’s when I was 15 and started helping with IT at my high school. After graduation I started buying broken laptops on eBay and refurbishing them to resell. The difficulties of selling laptops on eBay caused me to stop doing laptops and I began on iPods. I first began working on iPods in 2005. iPods then were still selling new for about $400. In May 2007 we opened the doors of our small iPod repair store in Brentwood, TN. Every new iPod model since I started in 2005 I have purchased new just so I could take it apart and familiarize myself with the repair process. We now offer repairs on all iPods (except the 3rd, 4th, & 5th Gen Nano’s (repairs are too costly)) and all iPod Touch’s.

On June 29, 2007 I stood in line for 9 hours to buy the original iPhone. I spent the rest of the night taking the phone apart and putting it back together again and again until I was comfortable with offering repairs in our store. In that first 6 months we purchased over 100 iPhones. Replacement parts were not available anywhere and it was the only way we could get parts. Every year since the release of that original iPhone we have been among the first to offer repair services on the new iPhones. I have personally repaired over 2000 iPhones to date.

In 2009 I decided that it was time to offer Mac Laptop and Desktop repairs. I went out and got my Apple Certification and added as many repair services as I possible could. I now have personally worked on every Apple laptop ever made and have repaired all of the modern desktops. iRestore now offers repairs for all Apple Computer models. I specialize in laptop and iMac repairs.

Store Bio:

iRestore started out as iRepair.us a US based sister store to iRepair.ca. We first opened our doors in May of 2007 in a small shop in Brentwood, a suburb south of Nashville. When we started we only offered repairs on iPods and sold a small amount of accessories. We were the first store of our kind in the southeast United States. With the release of the Iphone we expanded our repairs to include iPhones. In October of 2008 we moved to a new location in Downtown Nashville so we could be centrally located for all of our Nashville area customers. iRestore is one of the first Mail-In iPhone repair businesses in the US. We have serviced and repaired thousands of iPhones, iPods, and Macs. We are not an Apple Authorized repair center and because of this we can offer lower pricing on all of our repairs.

What we do

At iRestore we offer personal service and can fix your iPod or iPhone faster than any other company. We are a family company and our small shop offers our clients personal one on one service. We provide service for most iPod and iPhone repairs in under an hour and same day service on most Laptop and Desktop repairs.
