A: It couldn’t be easier, simply checkout our free diagnostic testing service > Package and send in your iPod > we test it and then give you an affordable quote on repair.
Q: What happens if I do not want to have my iPod repaired?
A: No problem, we will ship the iPod back to you with no extra charge.
Q: How long does the free iPod diagnostic testing take?
A: You will be contacted within 24 hours of receipt with a repair quote. If you would like to proceed with the repairs simply log into your account to make a payment.
Q: What is the turnaround time on repairs?
A: Most repairs are completed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt.
Q: What iPod Models do you repair?
A: We repair the following models: iPod 4th, 5th, and 6th Generations, the iPod Touch 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, and the iPhone 2G, 3G, 3Gs, and 4. We also repair all Mac Laptop models and the iPad.
Shipping FAQs
Q: What is covered when paying the shipping for the free diagnostic testing?
A: The shipping cost is for return shipping only, you are responsible for packaging and sending your iPod to us.
Q: How long will shipping take?
A: All packages are shipped via UPS. Shipping generally take 3-5 Days.
Q: Can I request overnight shipping?
A: Yes, you can select overnight shipping at the end of the checkout procedure.
Q: Do you ship Internationally?
A: Yes, we ship anywhere in the world.
Q: What is your lost package policy?
A: All packages are insured for the current value, if a package is lost it will be replaced or a refund for the insured amount will be given.
Q: Can I ship my iPod to you without prepaying for return shipping?
A: Yes, if you would like to skip the online process, please include all contact info with your iPod. Shipping will be added to the price of repair.
Warranty FAQs
Q: How long is your warranty?
A: All iPod and iPhone repairs come with a 1 Year warranty. All Laptop repairs are warrantied for 6 months.
Q: What are the terms of your warranty?
A: Under warranty we will repair or replace any part(s) installed by us. Accidental damage is not covered by any of our warranties. Refunds will not be given on parts or repair work, however you may upgrade or trade-in your unit for a refurbished product from our catalog.
